Claire - who has lived in Worksop all her life - has over 20 years experience within the industry and sees her success down to having knowledge of the local area and prides herself in customer service.

She joined the company as an administrator, and after only two months was promoted to Sales Negotiator due to her hardworking persona and positive attitude. Kennedy joined William H Brown in May 2021 and is one of our most recent members of the Worksop team, who joined us as a trainee apprentice. Truly joined us here at the Worksop branch after originally starting out as Administrator in our Bawtry branch. Truly first joined the company back in 2011 as an Administrator and over the years has had experience as a sales negotiator, then qualified as a lister. She also has managerial experience and prides herself being supportive and as helpful as possible but caring and efficient in her role.

I have used WH Brown on all of my mortgage due to me buying a life time membership. I have never had a problem with the service or the adviser. Sally is my adviser at the moment and she is excellent. Sally has a good working relationship with me and processed my last application, sent it off to be accepted and it was back the next day granted by the mortgage lender.
