I just sold my house with Barnard Marcus Sydenham Branch and i have a great experience. i tried 2 estate agents before, which one of them from Sydenham and they couldn't sell my house. However when i instructed Barnard Marcus they gave me the best deal, also they were very accommodating with viewings as I requested to arranged the house only on Saturday as i had a tenant in the house.
