Karl oversees the new home sales for 32 branches in the Norfolk & Suffolk region. He has worked in property in both the new build sector and the luxury property market for nearly 20 years in a variety of locations within the UK and Europe. At any given time he manages in excess of 30 active new home sites, varying in size from smaller developments to multi-phase sites with 100+ units. Large chain but with a personal family run business feel

Well, where do I start. Firstly please don't be put off by the big national estate agent brand name as the service from the Swaffham branch is the best and most efficient personal service I have ever received from an Estate Agents. A special mention has to go to Emily who has been truly amazing throughout the whole process. If it wasn’t for Emily the chain may well have collapsed and she has been, warm, friendly, enthusiastic, reliable and extremely efficient throughout the entire process. Estate Agents often get a bad wrap in relation to their value for money but on this occasion I couldn’t disagree more, they are well worth their weight in gold. The whole team there are fantastic and you definitely won’t go wrong if you choose William H Brown in Swaffham to sell your house through., happy buying and selling😃

Automated systems let them down, otherwise excellent

It was brilliant. Our advisor was excellent and really helpful.
The only issue, and it is a tiny one, very much a first world problem, is despite me taking the majority of the phone calls, chasing paperwork and getting the updates I am listed as buyer B.
It is a tiny thing but I was literally the main contact, the person who paid and the person who initiated the entire mortgage search with the company.
