The staff at Barnard Marcus Sutton managed to sell our flat after two sales fell through with another agent. Everybody we dealt with were very professional but special thanks must go to Gemma. She was a sea of calm and quiet encouragement in the face of our mounting worry about achieving a sale. She metaphorically held our hands through the whole process, taking numerous calls and keeping us fully informed at all times.

We bought a property through this branch, and Alex, the sales negotiator, was a great communicator throughout the process. Honest and upfront about what was happening and always prompt on chasing or calling back.
