Update since completion 6th Oct 2020. Jack at the Stevenage office has been excellent and kept us in the loop throughout the entire sales process from offer to completion, couldn't ask for a more professional service and support. Excellent agents to deal with, very professional and kept us informed all the time. We felt that the team at the Stevenage office were all working for us, Scott, Ryan, Ashli and Jack, we felt very much at ease and they handled everything.

I bought my first property through William H Brown Stevenage and I can honestly say that from the beginning of the process when I viewed the property to when I got the keys, my experience with these estate agents was positive throughout. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful; I had Ryan who was there when I first viewed the property, and Jack was the one I corresponded the most with whenever I had any queries. I would definitely use their services again.

Currently buying a house with the tremendous help given by Deniz. This is the person you want by your side when buying a property. He's been a star throughout our process and regardless of time or day he's always on the over end of the phone happily and willing to answer any of your concerns or questions. We been harassing him alot and he's always there to reassure us. We would 100% recommend Deniz to anyone who's buying.

I couldn’t recommend the team at William H Brown enough. Throughout the process Deniz, Jack and the team were super useful. This was my first house purchase and I couldn’t have done it without their help and guidance. When things were getting tough with the solicitors they helped me in managing that. Deniz was my mortgage advisor and was helpful the whole way and was happy to answer all of my questions and always remained cheerful.

Jonah at the Stevenage office worked very well to find a suitable buyer for our property and was courteous and respectful at all times. He kept us informed of progress at each stage of the sale and responded to all our enquiries.

Nathan took over when we decided to rent it out, and he gave us a lot of information about what to do, and suggested electricians and plumbers to get the property ready at a reasonable price. It only took one Saturday viewings and Nathan managed to let the property out. Amazing. Good service, always approachable and friendly. Definitely a five star.

Considering that we are mid pandemic the level of service provided was not lacking and made the whole experience as normal as possible, face masks included.
