James Mcguire
Area Manager
Jim is our Area Manager and looks after North Norfolk for William H Brown. He started his career in Norwich in 2009 and after being a successful negotiator there, he went on to manage Swaffham between 2014-17 before taking his position as Area Manager in 2018. He has a wealth of experience and lives in Aylsham. His teams pride themselves on delivering excellent service and being the most pro-active estate agents, going above and beyond for our customers.

Land Manager
James is our Land Manager for Norfolk and Suffolk. After graduating from university with a Bachelor of Honours Business Management degree, James joined the Land and New Homes team in July 2016. James is available to advise on all aspects of land acquisition and disposal including sites with and without planning permission, option/promotion agreements and self-build opportunities for a wide range of clients.

Karl Jennings
Senior New Homes Manager
Karl oversees the new home sales for 32 Branches in the Norfolk & Suffolk region. He has worked in property in both the new build sector and the luxury property market for nearly 20 years in a variety of locations within the UK and Europe. At any given time he manages in excess of 30 active new home sites, varying in size from smaller developments to multi-phase sites with 100+ units. In 2021 Karl led Sequence UK LTD (Inc William H Brown) with the highest volume of new build homes sold.

Sally has worked as an Estate Agent for over 29 years within various offices throughout Norfolk. She joined William H Brown 19 years ago working as a Senior Negotiator and in recent years has undertaken a specialised new homes management role covering 32 branches throughout Norfolk & Suffolk. Sally has experience in working with local and national developers providing her with a wealth of knowledge to give the best advice on marketing and sales strategies for all types of developments.

Jane is our Branch Manager at Stalham. Having left the Stalham branch 12 years ago, she came back in May 2022 with a personal mission to fulfil. The mission, is to be the best estate agency in the area and the one which people recommend to their friends, neighbours and family. This will be achieved by working hard for our customers, providing good customer service, with a friendly and helpful team.

Lizzie's career with William H Brown commenced at the end of 2021, when she joined the Cromer branch,transferring to Stalham in August 2022. Lizzie's previous training and experience in Cromer, is proving invaluable to the Stalham Team and Lizzie is already getting to know the local customers, helping them to realise their property aspirations.

Administrator
Claire, who hails originally from South Africa, joined the Stalham team in June 2022. Claire has a strong administrative background, which is helping her to drive the branch forward. Administration in the estate agency world, focuses on compliance and so her work is very detailed. Claire supports the team, ensuring that properties which go on the market, are professionally and accurately loaded on to our systems and the third party intermediary portals.
