10/10 service! From the start they stood out. As a buyer just doing market research they called me in response to the email sent to see the current properties they had that they could match us to. Fleur contacted us the same day, she listened and was personable and asked specific questions, not just adding us to a generic mailing list like other agents. Edward valued our house and explained their offer, he followed up on his visit and was keen to help us in anyway he could.

William H Brown made the whole process really easy. Hannah was friendly, professional, helpful, courteous and always very quick in getting back to us. Additional viewings were arranged to allow us to see the house a few times, which considering the pandemic, and how busy the housing market was at the time was very much appreciated.
