Callum House in particular was an excellent diplomat and negotiator. I suspect I was a difficult client at times as i was almost made redundant and had a problematic seller further down the chain, my buyer was also quite demanding. Callum made the whole process very simple by securing the buyers initially, then defusing multiple difficult situations as they arose throughout the process, including a number of ultimatums provided by the buyers and a few last-minute mishaps on the day of exchange.

Callum was personable and professional in showing me a range of excellent properties based on my search criteria. He knew what I was going to ask and had all the information ready to hand, excellent service.

Tim and the team at Allen and Harris were amazing, my wife and I were buying our first home and Tim helped us through every step of the way, when we had problems with contracts and legal issues, Tim investigated for us and helped to resolve them, we felt that Tim was on our side the entire time and it was great to have his experience guide us.
