All too often I have encountered estate agents that are unthoughtful, uncaring and downright lazy. Rory has been the complete opposite. From my initial call to book a viewing he has been professional attentive and very friendly, assisting me throughout the rental process.

Went for a viewing today in Halvergate with Brian. Could not have been a nicer guy, was friendly and open, it felt very comfortable and laid back. I called William H. Brown on a Wednesday asking if they'd make a special case for me concerning renting a property. I needed to move in by the Friday of the same week (that's two days) and the kind folks of the Norwich Bank plain William H. Brown made that happen. By that Friday I was safely moved into my new home without a single hiccup.
