Property Sale in Friern Barnet

Jonathan Goldsmith was great but the legal process was very frustrating and took far too long and i believe these were the recommended advisers from Barnard Marcus to the purchaser of my property. BM are not the cheapest so i expected results which we did eventually get albeit some of my queries re charges went unanswered eg why as a seller am i paying AML fees? I still don't know....... overall, i'm happy but there is room for improvement.

Amazing experience to obtain a mortgage

I received a call from a sales staff in regards to a property I have seen on their website. I told the staff I was no longer interested on the property as I had changed my mind for "share ownership scheme" and would be looking for a full mortgage application. Mani invited me to come to the branch in North Finchley as he had a great Mortgage Broker who could help me. He booked me with Ross Ashby. I went to see Ross and left my appointment so happy that I was confident that I would be able to have a mortgage approved. Ross was an amazing person, profissional and very helpful. He showed me on his computer screen all my options in terms of lenders, fixed and variable rates and explained me everything in such detail and clear to understand that I was "in love" with his way of helping me in such an important moment for me. After 2 hours talking and showings all my options, I left the office with a mortgage in principle draft that I never thought I would be able to afford. His dedication and expertise helped me to get into my property.
I am now waiting for a buying process to be completed to move to my new home. Ross was once again amazing and helped with my mortgage application after my ""offer" was accepted.

I would recommend the services of Barnard Marcus to everyone. Staff, mortgage services and conveyancing are great and stress free. Everyone does an amazing job to help you.
