They sold my house but this was only the beginning of the journey as the value in a good Estate Agent is in getting the house sale to exchange of contracts, Unfortunately our buyers dropped out of the sale They found us a new buyer straight away we have now exchanged contracts and should complete later this month. A big thank you to Paul and Debby for all your help. William H Brown were cut above the rest, Paul Hull did the original appraisal and his manor and professionalism was second to none!

Recently sold my property through them. Its was a particularly difficult sale as it was part of a divorce as well as the management company being extremely awkward with providing information to the solicitors. Always kept well informed and very very helpful staff. As I said it was a difficult sale due to the situation and it took 20 weeks to complete. But this was made a lot quicker with the help of William H Brown who was very quick to get or ask assistance when they had obstacles.

How do you describe the effort of a single individual in a few words? I cannot emphasise the gratitude that I have for SARAH ELLIS . She is the one of main reason that I am a homeowner today. Unfortunately my solicitor have failed to keep me well informed or up-to-date over the past few months and in particular the last two weeks of my purchase. However Sarah was the ONLY person who ALWAYS answered my calls and replied to my e-mails. She would call my solicitor and vendor solicitor regularly.
