Karl oversees the new home sales for 32 Branches in the Norfolk & Suffolk region. He has worked in property in both the new build sector and the luxury property market for nearly 20 years in a variety of locations within the UK and Europe. At any given time he manages in excess of 30 active new home sites, varying in size from smaller developments to multi-phase sites with 100+ units. In 2021 Karl led Sequence UK LTD (Inc William H Brown) with the highest volume of new build homes sold.

Excellent Service

Reached out to me a good 5 months before my mortgage was due for renewal, process was easy and everything explained to me in each of the phone calls i had with Chloe. Chloe was very professional but also very personable which made the process all the better. I was terrified of renewing my mortgage in the current economic climate and having heard horror stories of mortgage's being declined but Chloe set my mind at ease and set my expectations. When i had my final mortgage appointment she had been able to find a mortgage cheaper than what we were originally budgeting for which was great. Excellent service and Chloe was brilliant.
