Amrit Budwal was my mortgage advisor and he worked above and beyond to get me my mortgage. He often called me from is home at 9pm at night to see how it was progressing. Real asset to your company

I felt in good hands

James was on time and proved to be very friendly and efficient. I decide he should take the photographs as I thought working with a professional photographer might be a bit daunting.

James was also very good at explaining the whole selling process and I felt very relaxed chatting to him. He answered any queries I had in a way I could readily understand. It's a bit difficult for me as my hearing aids sometimes muffle things. However, James was very patient and understanding.

The draft house details with photos were brought round to me very quickly, and apart from a couple of details were completed and approved by me straight away. The photos that James had taken looked fine too. A good job by James all round. I hope he does some of the viewings for me because he is a natural and friendly salesman.

James advised me that he would keep me updated on progress and I found that very reassuring.

So far so happy, everything going quick and smooth. Agent are really on it and helpfull.

Amrit talked to us, not at us. We therefore understood what he was explaining to do. He kept us engaged with trivial matters, then returned to the task at hand, without us ever becoming lost or confused in the process. No question was too silly and all we're answered simply.
