our Chelmsford South branch Due to the continued success of the Chelmsford Duke Street office we have decided to open up an additional office in a suburb of Chelmsford, designed to support the homebuyers and movers of Great Baddow, Galleywood, Moulsham Lodge, Tile Kiln and surrounding villages.

The Chelmsford South office is headed up by Charlotte Atkinson. With nearly 20 years experience in the industry and having worked for William brown for over 5 years, Charlotte is the perfect person to build great relationships in the local area and ensure each and every client receives the highest level of service.

Her team is made up of other internal staff members, each bringing their own skill set to not only support Charlotte but to also forge their own reputations within the industry.

Mason Hiatt as branch valuer has great experience within the Chelmsford area and his methodical process to valuing properties and keen eye for marketing means your property is in great hands.
