Chris is our branch manager with 10 years experience in the property industry having started at the age of 19. Prior to managing the Bitterne branch Chris was previously the valuer at our Portsmouth branch and now oversees the Bitterne sales team to ensure that you receive exemplary customer service during the buying and selling process.

Gary is our Lister / Negotiator here in branch and has worked for the company for 4 years now. Gary initially started out on the lettings team before moving to the sales side two years ago. He has since worked his way up to be a residential sales lister. Making him a very diverse agent mixing his role between listing and negotiating. Adding his lettings experience he has a fantastic and well rounded knowledge of the property market.

All very professional. There was just an issue of having to pay an additional fee at the time of completing the mrtgage application hat I hadn't been told about previously. I was able to access my bank account via my phone and transfer the funds so all was well in the end, but under different circumstances this could have caused a problem.
