I had been looking for a flat and Matt went above and beyond to help. He found suitable properties and helped with virtual viewings when I was out of the country. I very much appreciated how Matt took the initiative to search and suggest potential properties and answered my questions quickly and efficiently.

I was very impressed with Matthew Bradley. He was polite,attentive and personable .Matthew had a full knowledge of the property and services etc,the property concerned was within an assisted living environment and therefore had several aspects to make us aware of which he was able to do with ease, he was clearly very well prepared for any questions we would have regarding the property and the process moving forward. I had 2 viewings of the property but Matthew paid as much attention to detail in the second viewing as he did the first. Matthew is a real credit to your company, I am viewing other properties and Matthew, although the youngest representative I have met, has shown far more preparation, knowledge and professionalism than the more experienced individuals. Idid have a 3rd viewing with Beth? Again, a very professional, knowledgeable representative.

The service was excellent on our 6 month house search. Leon kept us informed with phone calls and emails. He ensured we were updated on any property that might have been suitable always bearing in mind our stipulated criteria. He was friendly, respectful and professional at all times.
